Which is better "Free Shipping" or "Real-time Shipping Quote"?
When company charges free shipping; they must build a WORST CASE SCENARIO shipping cost into the product's price; then everyone pays high built-in shipping cost. We offer our customers the best and cheapest prices and this is best done by offering a low product price then offering, real-time shipping quotes based on delivery location.
Do you offer free shipping on products?
We do offer free shipping on some products. Typically, we offer free shipping on products that have minimum allow prices (MAP pricing) from the manufacturer. This is our way of offering the best deal possible even when the manufacturer will not let us lower the price.
Shipping Outside Continental 48 States
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional shipping charge. NO free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. We use the reputable shipping services of UPS and Federal Express and partner with Freight Delivery companies for oversized items.
Shipping to Canada
We currently do NOT offering any shipping to Canada. We apologies for this inconvenience.

This method is used for shipping to PO Boxes. After your order ships, priority mail, it usually arrives within 1-2 week via United Postal Service (USPS).
This method is used for shipping small to medium items up to 150lbs. After your order ships, it usually takes 3 to 10 business days for you to receive your product via United Parcel Service (UPS).
This method is used for shipping smaller items which require special circumstances. After your order ships, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days for you to receive your order via Federal Express (Fed Ex.).
4) Common Carrier
This method is used for large and heavy items and is “curbside delivery only". After your order ships, it usually takes 1 to 4 weeks for your product to arrive in your local area. At that time, you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a date and time for delivery. (Please note a 4 hour window is needed)
Common Carrier deliveries are “curbside delivery only", meaning the truck drops your item off at the curb. For larger items (over 300 lbs) lift-gate service is required and additional charges may apply. You will be responsible for moving the equipment into your home or business. There will be an additional $100.00 charge for Limited Access Delivery (Call 866-505-6245 for clarification)
PLEASE NOTE: You must be present to accept the delivery. If for any reason there seems to be damages, you MUST accept the order, note any damages before signing, and contact us immediately. (Common Carriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday).
Customers will be charged for a return delivery fee if no one is available. If Delivery Company is unable to reach you to arrange delivery; you may be liable for storage fees until you can respond. Failure to return the call from the freight company will result in expensive delays, which we will not be responsible for. Advise any members of your family, or persons in your household that it¹s imperative you receive any messages from freight companies.
