Locking Mechanism
All Knobloch Mailboxes in the American Designer Collection feature a locking mechanism. The lock is discreetly located on the right side of the mailbox. Each lock is constructed of high quality stainless steel and includes two keys. When the lock is opened, the front door of the mailbox swings open to the left side to retrieve mail easily.

Materials Used
The American Designer Collection is constructed from Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum. The main body is made of Galvanized Steel. Galvanized Steel is widely used in outdoor applications and provides superior protection against rust. The average life expectancy for galvanized products is 20 years.
